Effective October 1, 2009; New prices are now in effect for the Pathology Specimen Locator Core. The DF/HCC member rate has also been re-evaluated, members will now receive a 59% discount for services provided by the PSL Core.
Over the next 12-18 months each of the Pathology Cores will be individually reviewed and the DF/HCC member % discount will be adjusted accordingly. You can view current discount rates at our Service Catalog by clicking on Print Entire Catalog.
PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:
Please be aware that if you are not an internal customer, all payments must be made by check as indicated on all invoices. We do not accept credit cards or wire transfers.
COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER CORE POLICY: A surcharge of 25% will be applied to all invoices for Commercial Customers.

Q. What is my labs username or password?
A. Select "Forgot your User Name or Password? Click Here" and enter your email address to receive an automated reminder. This will only work if you have previously entered your email address when creating your project. Both the username and password are case sensitive.
Q. The system is not consistently saving my requests or indicates unidentified errors?
A. This application works best using Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer has not provided consistent access.
