Names of putative motifs, derived from MIPs , are prefixed with m_


At the moment the promoters assigned to each motif are given by their serial number in this list of ORFs' Y names So for example, Rap1's first ORF in the Rap1 ace file is number 1316 - thus the Rap1 motif occures at the promoter YFL034C-A_YFL034W (which is the 1316th on the ORFs' Y name list
we'll make the ORFs more easily accessible soon...

NOTE: in case of a divergent promoter two ORFs are associated with the motif !!
