Acridine Orange Staining
1. Dechorionate for 5 m. in 50% Chlorox.
2. Rinse well with water.
3. Shake 5 m. in 1:1 heptane:5
mg/mL acridine orange in 0.1 M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2.4. Rinse with heptane.
5. View under halocarbon oil with green fluorescence filters.
